Grand opening a roaring success for Kare Plus Southwark

The care industry in South London received a huge boost this week, following a hugely successful open day of the new Kare Plus Southwark branch on Monday.

After massively exceeding expectations on turn out, the new branch had numerous enquiries on the day from both carers and care service providers, highlighting very good things to come to one of Kare Plus’ newest branches.

Branch Directors, Chris and Marilyn were joined by the Southwark Mayor, a strong supporter of the care industry, the local Bishop and Kare Plus Business Support Manager, Paul Stafford to cut the ribbon and welcome the awaiting press and guests.

“The day was really, really awesome”, said Branch Manager, Marilyn following the event. “There were so many people here and we had so much interest from nurses, care homes and health centres.

“We knew the location was good, and the open day has proven to us how vital we will be in the Southwark care industry. It is such a good feeling to know we will be helping provide such quality care to local people.”

After running their own care company, Marilyn and Chris decided to open a new Kare Plus branch to help them grow in the local community, build strong relationships with care providers in the Southwark region and help provide more qualified, registered nurses of various bands and categories to local health centres and care homes.
