Kare Plus is a success story, yet the story is only just beginning… 

Kare Plus is a rapidly expanding network providing complete solutions to care, nursing and support to private individuals, the NHS, leading private hospitals, establishments and care homes nationwide. Domiciliary care is regulated and approved as a service provider by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) in accordance with the Care Act 2014.  We respond to the individual needs of our customer's and service users on a 24 hour basis, 365 days a year.

The business was originally founded in 1989 to supply scrub nurses to hospitals nationwide.  In 2010 Kare Plus changed ownership and consequently has undergone some dramatic, yet innovative changes including growth of services offered alongside the creation of a bespoke central management system to assist with and monitor our rigorous compliance, scheduling, recruitment and selection procedures.

In the current climate the business opportunities are potentially endless.  Almost every day the news reports on the complex issues surrounding the health and social care industry, largely concerning the NHS, and let’s face it, without private healthcare companies such as ourselves, the NHS would struggle to maintain services and meet healthcare demands.  The changes in our UK healthcare system have had a direct, yet positive impact on the private healthcare service operators who are able to offer cost effective solutions.

The Kare Plus business model has been carefully designed to provide the customer with a reliable one-stop-solution. Why look at different providers if there is one company who can provide all your requirements?  This approach consolidates accounts and offers the chance to widen the scope for building working relationships.

A lot of time is spent on research and development of our systems and processes, recognising that the market, technology, policy and innovation shifts on a daily basis.  Our team at HQ work hard to remain one step ahead, so that our network remains steadfast, productive and well informed.

Kare Plus has developed a successful and proven formula. We work closely with our franchise owners, not just in the early stages and set-up but in the long-term and on a continuous basis. As a Health and Social care franchisor,  we are able to demonstrate that the support we provide is continually evolved to meet the needs of our network and the Industry.

The training and ongoing support provide a constant and reliable resource for franchise owners for the term of the franchise owner agreement and for as long as a franchise owner remains a business partner. Franchise owners are never on their own; they have direct access to individuals and support systems within the business who will collectively provide all the required back up.
