Under our company owned operation, Kare Plus provides a 24 hour staffing solution to the NHS for clinical and non-clinical personnel, offering consistent support from our dedicated and trained consultants who promote access to our vast bank of qualified and experienced clinical support workers, who too, are dedicated and compliant for the needs of our customer.

It is paramount to Kare Plus that we support, and work alongside our customers reflecting and reacting to any key changes in the healthcare sector, and work with individual budgets to procure cost efficient savings and support visions, whilst maintaining a strong focus on quality and compliance.

By operating a stringent recruitment process and adhering to all NHS checking standards for the recruitment and supply of our temporary staff, our approach to service delivery allows for effective work force planning and rota management, catering for optimum staffing levels through staffing shortfalls and fluctuating workloads, enforcing service delivery and high quality patient care. We are capable of supporting on an ad-hoc basis or provide a long term staffing solution, whichever may be required.

We are an approved framework provider to Health Trust Europe Lot 1, and have achieved a platinum rating after an independent compliance review. This is a result we are proud of and feel that this truly reflects the quality of service we provide.

In addition to Health Trust Europe we a are a nominated subcontractor under the Crown Commercial Service and, as of August 2016,  Kare Plus West Midlands was one of the few agencies to have also been awarded a place on the new National Clinical Staffing Framework. Being awarded a place on Lot 1 of the National Clinical Staffing Framework, developed for the NHS by the NHS Collaborative Procurement Partnership. 

To achieve framework status Kare Plus National Ltd successfully underwent an independent audit of our services and met the criteria for providing qualified clinical staff who can give high quality patient care at rates within the pay caps set by the government. These pay caps have been introduced to help the NHS control spiralling agency staffing costs.
