On July 2nd 2016 I fell in the garden, splitting my knee open and fracturing my left ankle. After visiting the A & E department I came home with 30 stitches in my knee and a non-weight bearing plaster on my leg. As I live on my own this meant that I would require home care, so I rang Kare Plus in Tettenhall and was put through to a very kind and sympathetic lady called Angie who promised to send someone to see me ASAP.

As promised, Nikki phone me and arranged to visit me the next day to assess my needs. This was done in a very professional, sympathetic and friendly way. A care plan was devised which started that evening and is currently ongoing as I still have the plaster on my leg until August 26th.

During the course of the care plan I have met several members of the Kare Plus staff, who have all been very professional, kind and helpful. I would gladly recommend them to anyone requiring care services
